Here are the most frequently asked questions.
You can come without any preparation and simply improvise on the spot, with or without our studio props. Or you can come prepared: Bring your own outfits, accessories, and makeup — the studio has a mirror, a makeup area, and a space for changing clothes. Plan your looks in advance, save inspiration from the internet, or use our Inspiration Wall right in the studio. The most important thing is your mood and the freedom to create something that's truly you!
Before the session, we’ll give you a quick intro and a small remote control. How it works: 1/ You stand in front of the camera, look into the lens, and click the remote. The image instantly appears on a large screen. 2/ Then you change your poses, angles, or outfits — and keep clicking the remote. There are clear visual instructions in the room to help you. The door stays closed during your session. But we’re always nearby and ready to assist if anything goes wrong.
Our space is most comfortable for up to 4 people. If you're planning to come as a group of 5 or more, please contact us in advance so we can help set up the space accordingly.
The studio is compact — perfect for four, but with a bit of creativity (standing in rows, taking turns), it's possible to fit more. Each additional guest: +€5 (excl. children under 12).
Choose your preferred time, date, and duration - 15-30-60 min - in the online calendar. Here’s what people usually manage in that time:
• 15 min – perfect for solo sessions like a business portrait or a few quick looks (especially if you know exactly what you want).
• 30 min – great for individual sessions with 1–2 outfit changes or small group sessions (2–3 people).
• 60 min – ideal for longer solo shoots with 3–4 outfit changes or group sessions (up to 4 people).
No one! We consider privacy one of our key advantages. The entire process – from shooting to receiving your photos – is fully automated. Only you will see your photos. A personal download link will be sent to your email (the one you provided during booking), and only you can access it. If you came with friends, you can share the link with them.
You will receive high-quality JPG files. In our studio, the photos go through minimal automatic processing without retouching, so the result stays natural. You can confidently print them, post them on social media, or edit them to your liking.
You’ll receive your photos immediately after the session via a personal Google Drive link.
The number of photos depends only on your pace and the session length. It might be 10, 50, 100, 200 or even more — as many as you manage to take. Please note: we regularly clean our cloud storage, so download your files within 10 days to your computer or phone.
You can pay on the spot by cash or via bank transfer (after the photo session).
Yes, just a few simple ones: 1. Please don’t touch the equipment – it’s all pre-set and ready to go.
2. Treat the space and props with care – so everything stays nice for the next guests. 3. No food or drinks in the photo room – this helps us keep the studio clean and tidy.

For the Giver
Buy an e-gift card online or pick up a physical one in the studio.
E-gift card online: Choose a session duration, fill in your details and a short personal message, and complete the payment. A beautiful e-gift card with a unique code will arrive in your and/or the recipient's inbox within 1 minute.
Physical gift cards are available to purchase in the studio.
The gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
For the Recipient
Book your session online at any convenient time - choose the duration matching your gift card. In the booking message, write "gift card". Show your gift card (e-mail or physical) at the studio and enjoy your session! Make sure to book before your card's expiry date.
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and you may need to cancel or reschedule a reserved session. If that is the case, you can use the confirmation or reminder email link you received after booking to cancel or reschedule your photo shoot.

2. Check the different folders in your mailbox, including junk mail.
You can always contact us; we will send you a new booking confirmation.
